The industry standards for personalized items have a policy of no refunds / no returns if your item is already in process by our production department.

Once the order is already in process by our Production Department, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Keep in mind there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
We love to bring your ideas to life, if you are not ready with your logo or graphic design, our team is ready to help you. You will work with a professional graphic designer and see your final art before we submit it to the Production Department.

We offer a variarity of options to pay for your order. Our options are:
- Credit Cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
- PayPal
- Cash
- Checks (keep in mind that the orders will not be produced until we clear the check)
Our expert artist can clean and fix most of your files but we prefer high resolutions images to avoid any delays in production. We reserve the right to stop any production of any items that seems inappropriate, offensive or trade marks.
Prefered vector files are:
- PDF (Adobe Acrobat), embed any fonts used.
- AI or EPS (Adobe Illustrator), rasterize any text or embed any fonts used.
- CDR (Corel Draw), rasterize all text.
- DOC, PPT or PUB (Microsoft Office), embed or include any fonts used.
- JPEG, TIF, PCX, GIF, PNG, BMP.
Once in a while WE DO offer discount codes, special prices o coupons you can use towards your entire purchase.
